Zemat butchery is a family company founded by Zdzisław Trościańczyk in 1989[1].

It's headquarters is placed in Wohyń at Łąkowa 1[2].

Partners representing the company are: Adrian Trościańczyk and Ewa Trościańczyk[2].

History[3]

After World War II the building was a milk catchment area. Zdzisław bought and renovated it in two years.

At the twentieth of February 1989 mr. Trościańczyk started the production and was selling the meat at the company store. At the start he hired two people.

In 1993 The owners have decided to expand the business. The butchery have got expanded to 530 square meters and hired 36 employees. The company have been developing and expanding their assortment to this day.

„Produkty najwyższej jakości w przemyśle mięsnym 2024” awarded for: Three types of brawn, blood sausage, block with parsley, onion roast, branded sausages, chimney ham, dumpling stuffing[4][5]

"Orzeł biznesu" award in 2007[3]

"Lubelska Wołowina na talerzu" first and second place in 2011[3][6]
